The Manor Room
This room is absolutely stunning with white washed wood ceilings, abundant natural light, and six wrought iron chandeliers. The magnificent double-sided staircase provides a beautiful backdrop for pictures and makes for an unforgettable entrance.
It is the perfect location for your reception or ceremony with state of the art lighting, concert sound panels, and central heat and air to provide year-round comfort. The Manor Room is an elegant, rustic setting that can accommodate up to two hundred guests.
The Side Porch
Guests love to gather for celebration and fun on our wrap around dark wood-stained covered porch. It is the perfect location for dinner, drinks, appetizers, music, or overflow space for some fresh air. The Side Porch overlooks the rolling greens hills of the Side Yard and provides a peaceful and serene backdrop for up to fifty guests. Enjoy the Side Porch all year round! When the temperatures drop, the enclosed space can be heated to keep your guest warm and cozy.
The Knoll
The Knoll at Triple J Manor house provides the perfect backdrop for wedding ceremonies, team building retreats, company picnics and so much more. The stunning view and incredible landscaping provides a picture perfect sight. This area can seat two hundred fifty guests in our white garden chairs.

The Chimney
The Chimney at Triple J Manor House is a beautiful space that will add an extra touch of magic to your wedding day. Whether you're saying your vows or getting some photos taken, the scenery surrounding the chimney will make for an unforgettable experience. This is the ideal spot to capture the moments that will last a lifetime.
The Shed
Complete with central air and heat, half bath, mini refrigerator, comfy furniture, satellite television, covered porch, and a beautiful view overlooking our small vineyard. It is sure to be a hit.

The Loft
The upper floor of the Manor Room is home to The Loft. Complete with a mini fridge, custom vanity, plenty of seating, a bathroom with a shower, and natural light. It is the perfect place to get ready with your closest friends and family.
The Front Room
Welcome to The Front Room at Triple J Manor House! This beautiful space is the perfect entry point for your wedding day, offering the opportunity to create a stunning first impression for your guests. Consider adding soft seating from The Sterling Collection and a guest register to make the space even more special.

The Triple J Inclusive Package offers you the maximum value for your special day by including venue rental, plus complete food and beverage service for your guests. By choosing this package, you can rely on Triple J to provide many of your event needs for your wedding at Triple J.
Our exclusive catering partner, Providence Catering, offers a wide selection of menu choices and price points, along with personal attention to every detail of your event. Triple J will also provide you with linens, china, flatware and non-alcoholic glassware, along with the opportunity to choose from our many upgraded options.
À la carte
In addition to full-day, exclusive use of the property, the Triple J Manor House A La Carte Package offers you the option to handle the coordination of the components of your wedding by selecting vendors of your choice and working with them directly. You may choose your own caterer from our approved list and work directly with them on menus, pricing decisions and place settings.

Frequently Asked Questions
When can I come in for a tour and what are Triple J's office hours?
We certainly hope you will want to visit Triple J soon. While our office hours are Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00pm, we offer guided property visits by appointment only. Does Triple J include time and space for a ceremony rehearsal?
A two-hour rehearsal is offered complimentary, although it is not guaranteed to be the night before the wedding day or in the same ceremony space. We confirm the day and time two weeks prior to the wedding date based on our event schedule.
Do I need an on-site coordinator?
While Triple J does not have on-site coordinators, we do have friendly and dedicated venue staff available the day of your event. The event staff will check in vendors, greet guests, provide janitorial services and make sure the venue is in prime condition. With that being said, we do recommend that you have an on-site coordinator to help your schedule run smoothly.
Was Triple J ever a real home?
Yes! Built back in the early 1800's, Triple J was originally a residential home. Be sure to read our blogpost all about the history of our home!
Is Triple J climate-controlled?
Yes, all of our indoor facilities are equipped with heat and air conditioning.
Does Triple J have exclusive caterers that we must work with/Can I bring my own food?
For A La Carte Weddings you are required to work with a caterer from our Approved Caterers list. For The Inclusive Packages we work exclusively with Providence Catering.
Does Triple J have a preferred vendors list and am I required to use them for my event?
Outside of the above requirements for caterers, you are welcome to work with any vendor of your choice. We have a curated list of recommendations sorted by category that we would be happy to share with you once you book, though!
Can I bring my own alcohol?
By choosing the Corkage Bar you are able to bring in your own beer and wine. Please ask about our Bar Service Packages for more details.
Where will my guests park?
We have ample on-site parking for guests.
Who will set up the event space?
Our on-site venue staff will set up all items provided in your package or subsequently rented through Triple J. Set up of rental items from outside vendors or client-provided equipment is the responsibility of the client/vendor.
Does Triple J allow decorations?
Yes! We welcome decorations such as flowers, candles and uplighting. We do not allow anything to be applied to the walls or building that will cause damage. Triple J also has a selection of decor packages and tabletop rentals.
Can I have a photo shoot at Triple J (engagements/bridals)?
We would love to have you and your photographer for a Triple J photo shoot! This would be scheduled based on our calendar of events and during our regular office hours. Note that spaces are not guaranteed to be clean and clear or set in a particular way unless we contract our staff to do so at a minimum hourly charge.
Can I bring my dog to Triple J?
We are happy to have your furry family members on-site! Please know that dog(s) must be leashed at all times, dog waste must be properly picked up and disposed of, and you must provide up-to-date vaccination records 30 days prior to the Event Date.
Additionally, dog(s) must be brought on-site by an individual who is not a guest and taken off-site after photos and/or their ceremony participation.
After my event is over, who is responsible for clean-up?
Your team of on-site venue staff would take care of general janitorial services and the removal of Triple J furnishings and rentals. You would only be responsible for cleaning up and removing décor, gifts, and personal items before the free and clear time.
What materials are allowed for my exit?
While sparklers and loose streamers are not permitted, we do permit bubbles, water-soluble confetti, glowsticks, and ribbon wands.
When does my event need to end?
Per the standard contract, your reception must conclude by 11:00 pm, but your free + clear time when all vendors, guests, and items are to be off-site is at 11:59pm.
When do I have to pay/What is the first payment/Is there a required deposit?
The first payment, amount depending on the package and venue you choose, and your $500 refundable deposit is due when you turn in your signed contract – this makes your event official! Other payments you may have will be due throughout the planning process. Don’t worry, your payment schedule will be laid out on the first page your contract for your ease and quick reference!

An Ohio native, and previous resident of northern Indiana, Amy found her way to North Carolina in 2009 and hasn’t looked back, making a home in Winston Salem for her family. She joined Sterling Events Group in 2015, as the Exposition Manager, managing tradeshows for our Events team. She has since taken on the responsibility of running the Events team and now serves as the VP of Business Development for all Sterling companies.
